  3. --NEVER vote for an unfunded Mandate
  4. --ONLY stay for two terms
15th LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT

Why I am running....

To my neighbors in Trenton, Princeton, Lawrence, Ewing and Hopewell Valley,

We are at an essential pivot point in New Jersey. If we follow the path we've been taken down by our current Assembly representatives, we will surely go over a fiscal cliff. We need to turn around. Fast. Now.

“THE TRUTH WILL SET US FREE”: TAYLOR & GRAF CALL OUT DEMOCRATIC INCUMBENTS FOR MISREPRESENTING ABYSMAL RECORDS ON TAXES

Trenton, NJ – In response to a gross misrepresentation of the incumbents’ records on taxes that appeared in Gusciora and Watson Coleman’s final pre-election ad, 15th district assembly candidates Kim Taylor (R-Lawrence) and Werner Graf (R-Hopewell) issued the following statement:

Forced Consolidation is Bad Legislation

Forced Consolidation is Bad Legislation

When Republicans AND Democrats are against a piece of legislation, its probably very bad legislation.

That’s the case with Reed Gusciora’s Doughnut Hole Consolidation Bill. Try as you might, you won’t find a Democrat or Republican official (or municiple candidate for that matter) to back this bill in Hopewell Valley.

Consider three things:

Werner picks up key Endorsement

Below you will find the interview questions from Conservatives with Attitude. He is one of only 3 endorsed by 'Conservatives with Attitude.'

1) How did you get your start in politics? A: I haven't. I've served my community on the school board which was an apolitical position. I don't like politics, but I like public service.

Going, going, gone...

On Monday, I met with Ewing Mayor Jack Ball, New Hope Mayor Larry Keller and two citizens who had finally had it with New Jersey and were moving to Pennsylvania. We met at the foot of the Washington's Crossing bridge, under a tilted, unkept "Welcome to New Jersey" sign. Mayor Ball and I of course were sad to see two fellow New Jersians leave Ewing and their home since birth, Mayor Keller symbolically welcomed two new tax payers to Bucks County. We all now have two more "friends in Pennsylvania".

Werner Graf, Comments on "Citizens for Assembly" and Encumbent Entrenchment

Yesterday, I introduce 21 of my fellow candidates for State Assembly on the Statehouse steps, representing over 40 from across New Jersey who have united their campaigns in an effort called "Ctitizens for Assembly." As you'll note from the speech video on my website's home page, I believe this team is part of the sweeping change coming to Trenton.

Tea Party Speech in North Brunswick on September 7, 2009

Read my speech from the September 7, 2009 Tea Party in North Brunswick:

I’m honored to be with you here today.

We are citizens of New Jersey, which means that we’re on the front lines of taking our government back. It is this State that will set the tone for the country on Nov 3rd. And it is the people of New Jersey who take their State government back also.

Werner & Kim sign the "Taxpayer Protection Pledge"

One of our state legislature’s most fundamental responsibilities is to administer the state’s tax revenues through the annual budget process. Since 2002 when Democrats became the majority in the State Assembly, Assemblywoman Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-Ewing) and Assemblyman Reed Gusciora (D-Princeton) have voted for over $8.6 and $8.5 billion in additional taxes and fees respectively.
